The UK’s undisputed Queen of Soul, Mica Paris MBE is back at Ronnie Scott’s famed London venue this month (August 2026) after a week of triumphant shows at the club in July.
Joined by her long-time musical director and pianist, Howard Francis, Mica will be “in conversation” with Ronnie Scott’s Music Programmer & Legacy Manager, Paul Pace, and accompanied by live performances from across her acclaimed career. She will reflect on her extraordinary journey in music, her longstanding relationship with Ronnie Scott’s, and the songs that have shaped her life.
* The special “Brunch” event on Saturday 15th August kicks off at at 11am, and will trace Mica’s career in a unique and relaxed format.
Since breaking through with her Top 10 hit “My One Temptation” at just 18, Mica has carved out a singular career spanning chart success, acclaimed collaborations and standout performances across music, theatre and television.
From her early grounding in gospel music to collaborations with Courtney Pine and Will Downing, her music has always blended deep soulfulness with effortless musicality.
Equally capable of intimate storytelling and full-bodied powerhouse vocals, Mica remains one of the UK’s most compelling live performers whose shows draw on decades of experience at the highest level of soul music. Awarded an MBE for services to music, she continues to influence and inspire generations of singers.
