Sabrina Carpenter, BST Hyde Park, London, 6th July 2025

Sabrina Carpenter brought a huge weekend in Hyde Park to a close on Sunday night, with surprise special guests Duran Duran joining her on stage for her second sold-out performance at BST.

The Espresso star teamed up with Simon Le Bon and John Taylor to sing the smash Duran Duran hit “Hungry Like The Wolf” during her second consecutive sell-out show at BST Hyde Park.

Sabrina began her set in a sparkling white one-piece with her name emblazoned in pink, calf-high white boots, and with her hair in tight curls, as she launched into “Busy Woman”, “Taste” and “Good Graces”, while “Slim Pickins” had 65,000 fans singing at the top of their lungs.

The 18-song setlist was complemented by a dance crew of 12. “I’ve been dreaming of this day and this moment,” she told fans, hand on heart. “So, thank you everybody for spending this moment with us.”

Her new single, “Manchild”, was greeted with a mighty roar, while “Coincidence” and “Feather” brought both emotion and party vibes to the performance. The 26-year-old singer graciously introduced the softly-sung “Sharpest Tool”, saying, “When I wrote this song I was really, really in my head… If you know it, I’d love to hear you sing it.”

Following a sensual rendition of “Because I Liked A Boy”, a very rare and special collaboration came to life: “I thought it might be fun if I brought out some friends of mine from the UK,” she announced.

“Could everybody please give it up and make so much noise for the legendary Duran Duran.” With that, Carpenter was joined on stage by Simon Le Bon and John Taylor to perform “Hungry Like The Wolf.” The trio shared the vocals on the 1982 classic.

Returning to the stage for the second half of her set – this time clad in a slinky pink glittery dress – the Pennsylvania-born star launched into “Bed Chem”, positioned on a circular bed draped in white sheets. “Juno” came next, followed by the inimitable “Please, Please, Please.”

As the show came to a climax, Sabrina was lifted into the air on a crane-operated platform, which stretched across the bulging crowd. “Send me up, boys!” she instructed, as she glided over the crowd. “London, this is one of my biggest dreams come true, ever,” she beamed, before performing “Don’t Smile” to the screaming fans below.

Returning to the main stage for her big finale, Ms Carpenter had a glint in her eye: “I know you guys like tea, but we could try espresso, maybe? The louder you scream, the more I drink,” she remarked, as the fireworks began, and she downed an espresso – before launching into her most famous hit. And with that, the show ended: “Hyde Park, thanks for coming down tonight. I love you so much! Goodnight.”
