If soulful, unashamedly retro ’80s vibes with an uber-subtle underlying jazz current float your boat, London-based artist Claire Littley should be on your radar.
She has been compared to Lisa Stansfield, George Michael and Texas’ Sharleen Spiteri vocally, and for her style of self-penned music.
Since starting to write original songs for the first time in September 2020, Claire has now released 10 singles and an EP – writing, performing and producing/mixing/mastering all of her own tracks.
Her debut single “Love Will Set You Free” dropped in August 2021. Claire’s 10th single “Insecure” [Jan 2024] celebrates “the beauty and strength in our vulnerabilities.”
Many may recognise Claire as the voice behind the performance of “Fly Me To The Moon'” featured on “Neon Genesis Evangelion”; the hugely successful Japanese anime.
