Ace UK Guitar Slinger Ben Poole Back With Live Album & UK Tour…

Ben Poole announces new album, “Live In Montreux” and a 2023 autumn UK headline tour.

The 18-date tour with his full band dovetails the release of Ben’s 10-track ten-track album recorded in 2022 in Montreux, Switzerland.

Ben Poole is an internationally applauded, award-winning blues, rock and soul guitarist, singer and songwriter from the UK.

Nominated as one of the “best blues guitarists in the world” (just prior to the pandemic hiatus), alongside stars such as Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Buddy Guy, Robert Cray and Joe Bonamassa, by the US ‘Guitar World Magazine’.

He began his career at the age of 16 on the UK blues circuit, landing record deals and management, hailed as the next big thing in blues axe men by the blues music media.

Some of the biggest names in blues and guitar took notice of young Ben, including Jeff Beck, Gary Moore, John Mayall, Beth Hart, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Walter Trout, Richie Kotzen, Philip Sayce and many more.

He has graced the covers of many music magazines, as well as receiving awards and accolades from some of the most respected publications and organisations, including being voted in the top 15 best blues guitar players in the world by the biggest selling guitar magazine in Europe, Total Guitar Magazine.

Ben Poole “Live in Montreux” was recorded at the first Montreux International Guitar Show (MIGS) at Casino Barriere in Montreux, Switzerland in April 2022. Ben on guitar and vocals, Matthew Gest on keyboards, Steve Amadeo on bass and Chris Hardwick on drums. Recorded by Samuel Nussbaum, mixed and mastered by Wayne Proctor.
