Hip hip hooray!!! Music Republic Magazine is six years old today – 15th December 2022 – and heading into the new year with exciting plans for some spanking new features…

We will also soon be welcoming some new writers and photographers on board too, to add to the talented team of music-savvy contributors across the UK and overseas…

Our highly respected digital music magazine has brought our readers many big names, future stars, some big exclusives, loads of great new music/photographs/videos across the last 72 months…..

Our readership has grown substantially since we launched in 2016, and we have notched up many millions of hits in the last six years.

We are very grateful to the bands and artists, the music PRs, managers, concert tour and festival promoters, record labels, our wonderful writers and our fabulous ‘togs’ (photographers), the designers and the tech’ boffin Mr Charlie our webmaster…

  • But most of all to our readers around the world.

As it is almost the end of 2022 and the start of a brand new year – it’s just about that time to look back at the past 12 months and for our team to collectively choose our “Best Of 2022”, and we reveal a slew of red hot tips for the coming year.

Please mark your diary/calendar for 4pm on 31st December 2022, when we will publish our bumper “Best Of” feature…………

Our choice for Best Album, Best EP, Best Male Artist, Best Female Artist, Best Band, Best New Artist, Best Live Album, Best Guitarist, Best Acoustic Artist, Best Book, Best Music Video, Best Producer, Best Song/Songwriters, Best Live Act, Best Festival and Best interviewee….

Also, a heads up on the “Ones To Watch” in the next year – and we applaud a bunch of “Hot Contenders” in each category. If that was not enough, and we also name our choice for “Lifetime Achievement” recognition. This time, an absolute British legend who is currently winding up a farewell world tour after a lifetime of global success…
