Manchester’s biggest multi-venue festival is back! Neighbourhood Festival will be taking over Manchester city centre on October 1st, with tickets reportedly selling well and likely to be a sell out.
The SJM promoted event will be headlined by indie titans The Snuts, local heroes Everything Everything and alternative quartet Sundara Karma.
They will be joined by a host of emerging talent, including fast-rising newcomer Alfie Templeman.
The wonderful Baby Queen.
Up and coming acts Rachel Chinnouriri, Dylan, Royston Club and the unique Louis Dunford.
The superb Lauran Hibberd.
Sir Chloe, Ten Tonnes, The Goa Express and the brilliant Skinner Brothers, who recently smashed it at Nottingham’s Splendour Festival.
Make sure you get to see future star Brooke Combe, who will go postal sometime soon….
This young artist is bubbling under a big breakthrough too: Michael Aldag.
Also worth checking out are Tom A Smith, Seb Lowe and STONE.
You can also catch World’s First Cinema, Anorak Patch, Blondes, Courting, Dolores Forever, Grace Barr, Heidi Curtis, Overpass, Ruby J, The Covasettes and the very quirky all -female outfit The Dinner Party.
If that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite to invest in a ticket, there are many more acts still to be announced.
Launching in 2016, Neighbourhood Festival quickly established itself as an event where you are highly likely to discover bands and artists before they shoot to stardom.
In the past, Brit-award winner Sam Fender was booked.
As were Mabel and the stunningly talented Holly Humberstone.
Plus established live favourites Yungblud, Declan McKenna, Mahalia and The Lathums have all performed at Neighbourhood.
Taking place across Manchester’s best known live music venues, all based within the city centre, Neighbourhood Festival returns to the Albert Hall, Gorilla, O2 Ritz and many more stages October 2022, with Bunny Jackson’s also joining the party for the first time.
100+ artists = 1 wristband. Great way to end UK festivals season………
